Chapter 01 Gather

أكل حلو وصحبة أحلى.

Catering for the whole table — buffets, bites and live stations, set for weddings, gatherings and the office, across Cairo.

The idea

Four guests, one table.

أربع ضيوف، سفرة واحدة.

The four letters of the name sit around a single dot — four guests at a table. It's the mark on the van, the aprons and the menus, and it's how this page is laid out: four chapters, four seats, one gathering.

GTHR sets the table for the whole gathering: Egyptian and oriental cooking, served the way people actually eat it — together.
